Description -A major logistics and distribution company needed detailed as-built documentation for a large warehouse spanning over 500,000 square feet to support facility management. The warehouse has complex racking systems, conveyor belts, and loading docks. Arrival 3D was tasked with creating a detailed and precise 3D laser scan of the warehouse. Our surveyors conducted the laser can and later converted them into precise as built BIM model which has all the details including the warehouse structure, ceiling heights, column locations, floor flatness, and existing infrastructure. This BIM model is then converted to a Digital Twin, which helped the facility managers with operations and management of the warehouse.
