The 3D Printing and 3D Laser Scanning Solution to a Missing Tool
Where is that thing?!
Have you ever been at home and all of the sudden something breaks? It could be the toilet. Maybe it is the garbage disposal. Possibly it was some part of the rocking chair. Whatever the case may be, there is only one place to go, to the tool box. So you head upstairs and into the garage to find that pair of pliers. You look in the tool box and it isn’t there. Hmmm, it’s got to be around here somewhere. You look on the work bench. Not there. Where could that thing be. You swear you have seen it laying around somewhere. Pretty soon you find yourself looking everywhere in the house. In the washroom, on the fridge, behind the couch, where could that thing be. Now you start to get mad. You start tearing the place up. First, you pull open the cabinets and start throwing dishes out. Then, you dump the trash out on the ground. You start pulling your hair. Finally, you snap and start pouring gasoline on the carpet and light the whole house on fire! Where is that thing!?!
A 3D laser scanning and printing solution
Thankfully that was not a real scenario. Most of us would not go that far when we lose a tool, but that does not mean that we don’t have that feeling. When such things happen what we need is one of two things. Option one is a dollar. One dollar at the dollar store can buy you a basic tool to get lots tiny jobs done around the house. The second one is something brought to you by 3D printing and 3D laser scanning services, a 3D printer. That’s right. No need to burn down the family barn for a dinky tool when you can just make one yourself. 3D printing and 3D laser scanning services technology can do that. If you don’t believe me, just ask one wiz bang whipper snapper high school kid named Brett Bixler. He made one using 3D printing and 3D laser scanning services technology.
Make that tool with 3D Scanning services and 3D printing
Tell me more, you say? No problem. We all know that high schools are good for nothing and sit around playing video games all day, right? Well, apparently not! Brett Bixler made a 3D printed pair of pliers. Mr. Bixler just happens to enjoy using his high school time to make innovative creations using 3D printing and 3D laser scanning services. Call him a geek if you want, but I’m not going to. Right after high school this boy is heading to a U.S. Air Force Academy, thank you very much, so that he can get a nice piece of paper that say “I am an engineering BUFF!” Anyways, it seems that I have gotten way off topic here talking it up about this Bixler guy when all I really wanted to do is talk about 3D technology make you that 3D printed tool.
To make a long story short, never burn the house down over a lost tool. 3D printing and 3D laser scanning services is all you need to get it, unless you only got a buck.
