Arrival 3D was selected to perform comprehensive onsite 3D laser scanning for a large multifamily apartment portfolio spanning Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee. The goal of the project is to document the existing conditions of 19 apartment buildings, totaling approximately 482 residential units, and generate accurate RCP point cloud data to support detailed as-built Revit modeling.
Deliverables:
The scanning will capture all major architectural, structural, and visible MEP elements to support accurate design, renovation planning, and documentation workflows.
