Description -Our clients were members of a historical church in USA. They wanted as-built documentation for the restoration and preservation of the church. The project demanded a high level of precision for the reality capture of intricate architectural details, ornamental facades, vaulted ceilings, and stained glass windows.
Our team of certified surveyors scanned both the interior and exterior of the church with a high-precision Leica RTC360 scanner. This scan data was later converted to an as-built BIM model with the Scan to BIM process. This Revit model will help the conservation architects in preserving the church’s legacy for future generations.
