Description -Arrival 3D created an as built documentation of a Funeral Home in Dallas, which acted as a space for grief and a memorial for the members of the community. They wanted to renovate the space to accommodate better services for the funeral and for the family to gather. The funeral home included a chapel, service hall, storage area, and MEP systems. Our surveyors ensured the building was scanned with a precise and fast 3D laser scanner, Leica RTC 360. We scanned the whole building in few hours and converted it into point cloud data (PCD). This data is then converted to a BIM model, and shared with our clients in a day’s time, in Autodesk Revit format.
