Description -Arrival 3D was selected to perform detailed laser scanning to create a Digital Twin for facility management  for a 150,000 sq. ft., six-story office building. Since it was an active and large office space, an extensive and rapid scan was required with minimal disruption.
Our expert team captured the highly accurate as-built data of the building’s floors in just one day with the help of a Leica RTC360 scanner. The captured data is then converted to a detailed as-built model, providing the client with a digital twin for facility management. This digital twin will help the office’s asset tracking, space optimization, and facility management.
