Description -Arrival 3D conducted a Scan to BIM project for a prominent university campus in USA. The campus consisted of 16 building complexes, totaling up to 2000 scans. We scanned the buildings in phases. Our well planned scanning scheduled helped us finish the scan in just two days. Using terrestrial laser scanner like Leica RTC360 for interior scan, along with drone for exterior scan, our surveyors could scan the complete as built data of the university campus complex, along with its infrastructures. The scan was then converted to LOD 500 as built model in Autodesk Revit. The final BIM model provided the university with detailed information about the as built conditions of the architectural, structural, and MEP services of the campus, along with master plan, sections, and elevations. It helped them in the renovation design of the campus along with maintenance and operations management.
